Warranty Overview
Every Monileak smart leak detection device is backed by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, effective from the date of purchase. We stand behind the quality of our devices, and this warranty reflects our commitment to the same reliability and craftsmanship that Monileak was built on.
What's Covered
- Faulty or defective parts arising from manufacturing, materials, or workmanship
- Devices that fail to function as intended under normal operating conditions, when installed correctly
- Repair or replacement of the device or component, at Monileak's discretion, at no cost to you
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from installation that has not been carried out in accordance with the Monileak instruction manual. This includes incorrect fitting, improper placement, or failure to follow the setup and installation steps provided with your device.
Warranty Period
Coverage begins on the date of purchase and runs for 24 months. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, will be required to validate any warranty claim.

If you believe your Monileak device has a fault covered under this warranty, contact our support team with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and the device's installation details. We'll guide you through the next steps, which may include troubleshooting, an inspection, or arranging a repair or replacement.
